| Cycles will be provided to suit the correct size of the person’s hireling. |
| We have a no helmet no hire policy for people under 16, over 16 if not using helmets must sign a helmet waver form. |
| Lock will be provided if needed or deemed appropriate at time of hire. |
| There will be advice available on safe routes and distances for the hirer. |
| All hires will be informed of closing times and their responsibility to return all cycles hired at the correct times. |
| All guided trips will last no more than 4 hours unless stated. |
| All bikes delivered will be subject to charge. Proof of identity must be provided by the person hireling and will be retained until all equipment is returned. |
| All deposits will be held until equipment is returned on time; late returns may loose deposits depending on circumstances. |
